James Hollingshead is a professional bodybuilder from London, UK. He was born in 1989 and he has been training in the gym since the age of 14. His first major title was at the UKBFF British Chapionships 2009 when he won the 1st place in the Juniors Category. In 2018, James Hollingshead won another UKBFF Championship, this time as a Heavyweight contestant and the same year he got the IFBB Pro Card.
He has considerably improved his body by gaining quality muscle mass and he won the IFBB Europa Pro 2020 in Spain competing on the same stage with other great bodybuilding stars like Rafael Brandao, Regan Grimes, Lukas Osladil.
