Tomislav Strmečki was born in 1993 in Koprivnica, Croatia. He is an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and barber. He has rapidly ascended the ranks of the Classic Physique category, showcasing a blend of aesthetics, symmetry, and conditioning that has garnered international acclaim. His journey from a recreational athlete to a world-class bodybuilder is a testament to his dedication and discipline.
In 2009, Tomislav moved to Pula to pursue education in hairdressing, and he currently manages a barbershop in the Park Plaza tourist resort in Pula.
Tomislav’s journey into bodybuilding began in 2021. At the time, he was training simply to improve his physique. However, his fast transformation caught the attention of his friends, who urged him to consider competing.
His competitive debut was at the IFBB Balkan Championship in Romania in 2021, where he secured first place. This success was followed by a bronze medal at the IFBB World Bodybuilding Championship in Santa Susanna, Spain, in the Men's Classic Physique category. In 2023, he achieved further acclaim by winning the Overall Title at the IFBB Arnold Classic Europe Amateur in Madrid, earning his IFBB Pro Card.
He made an immediate impact in the professional league, claiming his first Pro title at the IFBB Pro Red Pit Portugal in 2024 by winning the Classic Physique category.
Tomislav Strmečki is one of Croatia’s most promising bodybuilders.
