Justas Poliakus: IFBB Champion and Elite Lithuanian Bodybuilder

Justas Poliakus was born in 1992 in Siauliai, Lithuania. He has been a competitive bodybuilder since 2011 and has become one of the country’s most successful athletes, rising from national victories to international recognition. 

He has won multiple Lithuanian Overall Titles, claimed the Overall Title at the IFBB European Amateur Bodybuilding Championships in 2020, and triumphed at the IFBB Arnold Classic Europe 2023 (up to 100kg). He also secured second place at the IFBB World Bodybuilding Championships in 2021.

Lithuanian IFBB Elite Pro bodybuilder Tomas Svernenka

Tomas Svernenka was born in 1981 and has been living in Ireland for over 15 years, yet he frequently returns to his homeland to reconnect with family and friends. With a very lean physique, he decided to join a gym and began exercising at a sports club. Encouraged by friends in 2010, he prepared for his inaugural bodybuilding competition in Ireland, winning first place in the Beginners category in 2011. His passion, dedication, and commitment paid off. Since then, he has diligently prepared for annual bodybuilding competitions in both Ireland and Lithuania. While already holding the title of Absolute Champion in Ireland, he hadn't competed in his homeland. Therefore, in the 2015 NAC Baltic Bodybuilding Championship, he emerged as the Overall Winner. Subsequently, he has participated in bodybuilding competitions held in Lithuania every year. For Tomas, these competitions have become an integral part of his life, resulting in numerous Overall Titles in bodybuilding championships.
