In his professional life, Meksi is a diplomat of the Republic of Albania. Untill 2019, he served as Deputy Ambassador of Albania in Switzerland, and he is now a diplomat in the Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. With a long and impactful career, he has played a major role in advancing bodybuilding and fitness in Albania, the Balkans, and globally—organizing major IFBB events, supporting and promoting athletes, and helping develop the fitness industry and media.
He has received prestigious medals and honorary titles from more than 18 governments worldwide, as well as numerous bodybuilding and strength-sport federations.
