Bernardo Lourenço: Portugal’s Super-Heavyweight Beast
Bernardo Lourenço (also known as "The Big Ben") was born in 1998 and he is a rising Super-Heavyweight bodybuilder from Lisbon, Portugal. This ambitious young athlete started training at the age of 18, and just two years later, he competed internationally for the first time at the WABBA Hercules Olympia 2018 in Italy, where he won both the Junior and the X-Tall categories.
Bernardo is already one of the top bodybuilders in Portugal, having won the Overall Title at the NPC Portuguese National Championships in 2021. He is currently working hard to built more quality mass, with and his next goal being is to earn his Pro Card.
