Canadian muscle beast - IFBB Pro bodybuilder Antoine Vaillant
Antoine Vaillant is a huge professional bodybuilder and muscle model living in the city of Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Since his childhood, getting bigger and stronger has always been his goal and he started doing push ups and sit ups at a young age. Antoine has always shown interested in physical training and sports like rugby and martial arts, he was amazed by bodybuilders on magazines covers and he decided to get more involved in weightlifting.
In 2004 he competed for the first time despite the fact that he had never been trained in a gym before but just with one dumbbell in his bedroom! One year after he joined the gym, he competed and won his class at the age of 16. It gave him a great satisfaction because he did this all by himself. He won the IFBB Pro Card at the age of 25 in 2012 at the Canadian Nationals and after some years of wrong decision making and misfortunes (he ended up homeless), he made his bodybuilding come back in 2018 by winning the 4th place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Show.
Antoine Vaillant is also a popular bodybuilder on social media and he participated in the IFBB Mr. Olympia 2020.
