Greek muscle beast Giannis Tsounos

Giannis Tsounos was born in 1980 nad he is one of the biggest Greek bodybuilders with exceptional genetics. He stands at an impressive height of 190cm/6'3'' and weighs about 130-140kg/287-310lb in off-season condition. Also, Giannis has 60cm/24'' of biceps

He started competitive bodybuilding in the early 2000's and everyone in the Greek bodybuilding community was talking about an athlete with tremendous physical strength and large body dimensions. Giannis lived in Germany for a few years where he became accustomed to dynamic training by doing power-building, but he never had the goal of competing in bodybuilding contests. Finally, he made his first appearance at the NABBA-WFF Balkan Championship 2002 in Chrysoupoli, Greece and he placed 3rd in the Super-Heavyweight Category.

He participated in various Greek bodybuilding championships of NABBA and IFBB. In November 2010, he won the Overall Title at the IFBB Greek Cup and in 2012 he participated in the Arnold Classic Europe Amateur in Spain, in the Super-Heavyweight Category. His last competitions were in 2013 and 2015 at Greek Championships.
