Chris Pistolas was born in 1990 and lives in Athens, Greece. He started weight training at the age of 17yo and he has been a competitive bodybuilder since 2009. Christos got his IFBB Pro Card by winning the Overall Title at the IFBB Diamond Cup Athens 2016.

Bernardo Lourenço (or "The Big Ben") was born in 1998 and he is a newcomer Super-Heavyweight bodybuilder from Lisbon, Portugal. This ambitious young athlete started training at the age of 18yo and two years later he competed for the first time internationally at the WABBA Hercules Olympia 2018 in Italy where he won the Junior and the X-Tall Category!
Bernardo is already one of the top bodybuilders in Portugal and he was the Overall Winner of the NPC Portuguese National Championships in 2021. Bernardo is working hard to gain more quality mass and his next goal is to get the Pro Card.
