Greek-Australian bodybuilder Chris Kavvalos (2)

This is the second post dedicated to the Super-Heavyweight bodybuilding champion Chris Kavvalos from Sidney, Australia. This big muscle beast claimed in an Australian documentary in 2021 that he consumes a massive 10.000 calories a day to build muscle, which costs him $180.000 annually! He reportedly eats a dozen eggs, ten slices of bread, and a liter of orange juice for breakfast, followed by ten steaks and rice for lunch, and ten fish fillets with potatoes for dinner. Despite the challenge of such quantities, Chris Kavvalos (nicknamed "The Minotaur") persists in his quest for muscle gains, even if it sometimes makes him feel like throwing up.
