Karim Ali is an Arab bodybuilder from Cairo, Egypt. He was born in 1989 and currently resides in Landshut, Germany. He has been a competitive bodybuilder since 2008, with a body weight of 100kg/220lb during competitions and 108kg/238lb in the off season condition.
