Fabian Kathrein was born in 2002 and is a rising bodybuilding star from Austria. He has been competing as a bodybuilding athlete since 2025. Fabian stands at 184cm (6'1") tall, and his body weight can reach over 135kg (297lb) in the off-season. A real muscle beast!
