Syrian bodybuilder & musclebear Ali Najjar

Ali Najjar (aka "Le Viathan") was born in 1990. He is a bodybuilder, fitness instructor and personal trainer based in Dubai, UAE. Standing around 180cm/5'11" tall, his off-season weight reaches about 125kg/275lb, giving him an impressive and powerful look.
