Ali Najjar “Le Viathan”: Massive Bodybuilder & Musclebear
Ali Najjar (aka "Le Viathan") was born in 1990. He is a bodybuilder, fitness instructor, and personal trainer based in Dubai, UAE. Standing around 180cm (5'11") tall, his off-season weight reaches about 125kg (275lb), giving him an impressive and powerful look.
