Frédéric Sauvage was born in 1975 and he is considered one of the most famous bodybuilders in France. He has been a competitive bodybuilder since 2000, when he won the IFBB French Championships in the Middle-Weight category. Sauvage earned his IFBB Pro Card in 2007.
