Varinder Singh Ghuman, also well-known as "The HeMan of India" was born in 1982 (or 1983) in the state of Punjab. He is the first Indian bodybuilder who got a Pro Card and he's also the world's first IFBB Pro vegetarian bodybuilder, he is a wrestler, an actor and a businessman!
This guy is the biggest and heaviest bodybuilder in India, a real beast with very big biceps (58cm/23''). In 2009, he won the Mr. India Title and the 2nd place (+100kg Class) at the IFBB Mr. Asia.
He appeared in some music videos and as an actor in Indian movies. With his impressive physique and his popularity, Ghuman has been chosen as a brand ambassador by Arnold Schwarzenegger to promote his health products throughout the continent.
