Mirnes Husanovic was born in 1989 in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, where he currently resides. As a boy, he dreamed of pursuing bodybuilding and avidly read specialized magazines on the subject. He was fascinated by Lee Priest, and one of the reasons was because Priest had a similar build and weight as him, around 100kg (220lb). Abroad, he is called "The Bosnian Godzilla" because his legs somehow stand out compared to the rest of his body.
Mirnes is a five-time National Bodybuilding Champion in his country and a four-time Balkan Champion. He has been involved in bodybuilding for over 12 years and achieved the biggest success of his career by winning the IFBB Pro Card in 2021.
